Etsy: Quit your Day Job Feature

Zeke of bodhicitta was able to successfully cut back on the hours at his previous glass fabricating day job until he was able to give full notice and venture into a "right livelihood," running his own environmentally-friendly business selling recycled post consumer wine bottles. Zeke notes Etsy enabled him to make this leap and advises reading the business articles on The Storque. Keep reading to find out why Zeke says every Etsy seller should learn the basics of SEO and why he thinks he just may need to invest in a trust time-clock.

The Story of Stuff

What is the Story of Stuff???
From its extraction through sale, use and disposal, all the stuff in our lives affects communities at home and abroad, yet most of this is hidden from view. The Story of Stuff is a 20-minute, fast-paced, fact-filled look at the underside of our production and consumption patterns. The Story of Stuff exposes the connections between a huge number of environmental and social issues, and calls us together to create a more sustainable and just world. It'll teach you something, it'll make you laugh, and it just may change the way you look at all the stuff in your life forever.
Watch this it is AWESOME!!!!! Pay attention to it all, but especially the 'ANOTHER WAY' section.
I am proud to say that Rewined Recycled Glassware is helping close the loop of unsustainable production and consumption by producing completely utilitarian glassware from NOTHING NEW! No virgin raw materials are used. They can be used again and again and again. If you decide to get rid of them you can put them in your recycle bin and they can be made into new bottles!
